Colagreco chairs the firm's land
use section and practices in both
Federal and State courts, as well
as before local, State and Federal
regulatory and administrative bodies.
He serves as land use counsel for
national, regional and local developers
in Southeastern Pennsylvania and,
throughout his career, has assisted
developers in obtaining various
approvals for construction of thousands
of residential units and millions
of square feet of retail, industrial
and office space.
