Lou is the President of the firm and chairs the firm’s land-use practice. He practices in both state and federal courts, as well as before local, state and federal regulatory and administrative bodies. Providing counsel for national, regional and local developers in the Southeastern Pennsylvania region, Lou has assisted developers in obtaining various approvals for construction of thousands of residential units and millions of square feet of retail, industrial and office space. Lou is land use counsel in many of the region's largest brownfield redevelopment projects and has extensive experience in the numerous environmental and permitting issues associated with these particular projects.
