Nicholas A. Cucé, Jr.
Concentrating his practice in real estate and land use, Nick has represented commercial and residential developers, land owners, and telecommunications companies in a variety of land use issues and has secured zoning, subdivision and land development approvals on their behalf from municipal boards and commissions. He also represents real estate owners and investors in the purchase, sale, and leasing of office, commercial and residential properties.
Nick has obtained zoning approvals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has performed
lease reviews for northeastern, southeastern and midwestern acquisitions
for national telecommunications companies.
In connection with his business law practice, Nick has represented businesses and financial institutions as general counsel assisting in a wide variety of legal matters.
