Edward J. Greene, Jr.

Ed is a trial lawyer who works on behalf of national, regional and local corporations as well as individuals involved in a broad range of court proceedings in both state and federal courts and administrative agencies. As a shareholder in the Litigation Section, he applies his trial experience in complex civil litigation, including breach of contract disputes, construction litigation, disputes among shareholders and partners, and estates and trusts litigation. Ed is also experienced in the field of real estate litigation, handling all types of commercial real estate disputes, including land use appeals, title disputes and disputes between brokers and buyers.

Ed began his legal practice as an Assistant District Attorney in Chester County, rising to become the Deputy District Attorney in 1985. He was responsible for the prosecution of a wide variety of felony matters, including homicide trials.
