John Jaros is a shareholder in the firm's Kennett Square office and focuses his practice in land use and zoning. During his legal career, John has represented major developers, builders, institutions and investors in residential, commercial, office and industrial land development and zoning related matters. John has also defended the entitlements that he has obtained on behalf of his clients throughout the Pennsylvania appellate court system.

Some of John’s representations have included:

A 420 unit Traditional Neighborhood Development in Caln Township, Chester County

A 500+ unit Continuing Care Retirement Community in Westtown Township, Chester County

A 530,000 square foot retail Town Center development in Concord Township, Delaware County

A 400,000 square foot retail/office complex in London Grove Township, Chester County

A major national retail convenience food chain in connection with numerous sites in Chester, Delaware and Lancaster counties

A national retail pharmacy in connection with several sites in Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Lancaster counties

John served as President of the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce in 2008. He was also instrumental in establishing and coaching a group of students from Kennett High School who participated in the Pennsylvania Statewide Mock Trial Competition.
