Annie C. Johnson
Annie represents clients in commercial real estate, lending and business matters, including lease transactions, sales and financing. She advises lenders in complex closing matters, including those involving SBA and USDA government guaranteed programs. She works closely with lenders in negotiating and drafting loan documents, advising on franchise eligibility issues, documenting 401(k) guarantee waivers and acting as a closing agent.
As part of her business law practice, Annie advises small businesses on a variety of legal issues including regulatory and licensing matters at both the state and federal levels, mergers, acquisitions, incorporations and dissolutions.
