| Matthew
T. Kelly's transaction-oriented practice includes small business,
corporate, acquisitions and dispositions, real estate, estate
planning and tax. He has a diverse range of corporate and
business experience, including multi-party asset and stock
acquisitions and dispositions, mergers and joint ventures
and negotiation and preparation of confidentiality, employment,
severance and service contracts. Matt also advises clients
in connection with the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial
and residential real estate. His client base is comprised
of various individuals and private companies with a broad
range of legal needs. A graduate of Albright College,
he received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law
and is pursuing his LLM from Villanova University. Matt
currently resides in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
