Mr. Koller has represented individual employees and business entities ranging from small closely-held companies to large international corporations in both Federal and State Court as well as before state and federal administrative agencies such as the EEOC, PA Human Relations Commission, NJ Division of Civil Rights and the DE Department of Labor. Mr Koller also has experience drafting employee handbooks and employment agreements and representing clients at mediations and arbitrations. His experience ranges from representing employees in employment litigation and negotiations regarding severance, employment, and termination agreements to representing franchisors in franchise agreement disputes to defending pharmaceutical companies in wrongful death actions.
Mr. Koller is an elected member of the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association and participates in a number of charitable and professional organizations and was recently listed as one of Philadelphia's Young Super Lawyers. He also coaches basketball for local area high school students.
