Michael B. Murray, Jr.

Mike concentrates his practice in the development of shopping centers, retail stores, restaurants, mixed use developments and hospitals. He has also represented many of the major telecommunication and cellular tower companies in obtaining municipal zoning approvals for towers and antenna sites, and has extensive experience in the development of every form of residential development from single family, town house, multi-family, apartment and mixed use developments. Mike also has experience in land use litigation before Pennsylvania agencies and courts.

Mike has counseled clients in the successful development of major power centers that require the coordination of multiple municipalities, as well as state and federal agencies. He has also dealt with intermunicipal issues such as bringing public water and sewer facilities to projects from outside the municipality where the development is located.
