| Mr.
Berger is a shareholder in the Wilmington office and concentrates
his practice in the areas of commercial real estate and
general business transactions, with particular emphasis
on acquisitions, financing and leasing transactions. He
is a licensed title insurance agent in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Berger represents a broad base of clients, including
developers, investors, financial services institutions and
title insurance companies. He received his J.D. from the
University of Denver College and his BA, magna cum laude,
from Boston University and currently resides in Chadds Ford.
