| Bob Cohen is a shareholder in the firm’s
Paoli office and heads the firm’s Business Law, Tax
Practice and Estate Administration groups. His strong financial
background as a Certified Public Accountant and Corporate
Controller combined with his legal acumen and experience,
provide him with a solid base from which to counsel a variety
of clients in navigating the complexities and consequences
of our tax laws and how to protect their investments. Mr.
Cohen is a problem solver whose first objective is to assist
his clients in moving through the legal process efficiently
and effectively. His experience includes knowledge in the
areas of estate planning and administration, federal, state
and local tax planning and in tax dispute resolution, business
entity planning, real estate transactions and general corporate
administration.
Mr. Cohen is admitted to practice law before the Pennsylvania
Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Tax Court.
