Hoffman is a shareholder in the firm’s Wilmington
office and concentrates her practice in the areas of zoning
and land use, representing developers, property owners and
housing-related charities. She also handles other real estate
and business matters such as formation of business entities,
conveyancing, financing, leasing and all aspects of acquisition
and ownership of real property. Ms Hoffman obtained her
B.A. from Bryn Mawr College and her Juris Doctor with high
honors from Florida State University, where she served on
the Law Review and the Journal of Land Use
& Environmental Law. Chambers USA recognized Ms. Hoffman in 2007 as a notable Delaware land use and zoning practitioner.
