| Mr.
Jordan concentrates his practice
in the areas of real estate and
land use, and represents commercial
and residential real estate developers
and lenders in the acquisition,
finance, development and transfer
of real property. He has experience
in a broad range of building and
land development areas, including
obtaining subdivision and land
development approvals; land use
appeals to local, federal and
appellate courts; creation of
planned communities; real estate
title and title insurance issues;
regulatory issues impacting the
sale of new homes; and litigation
and resolution of disputes between
builders and homebuyers. Mr. Jordan
has contributed to more than a
dozen real estate publications,
is an Assistant Editor of the
Real Property, Probate & Trust
Law Newsletter of the Pennsylvania
Bar Association (PBA), and has
been a frequent lecturer for the
Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI).
