Jim Landon is an associate in the Wilmington office concentrating his practice in the areas of real estate, land use and business. He represents individuals and privately held companies in the buying, selling, financing and development of real estate as well as in business transactions that includes documentation related to formation and acquisitions. Mr. Landon also counsels clients regarding business infrastructure.
Receiving his B.S. from Wake Forest University in 1998, he went on to obtain his Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration from Widener University in 2002 where he served as Articles Edition of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.
