Riley, Chairman and founder of
the firm, has been involved in
litigation of virtually every
area of law for more than 30 years.
During his career he has successfully
litigated major cases in the fields
of employment law, land use, environmental
law, eminent domain, negligence,
contracts, bankruptcy, divorce,
injunction proceedings, administrative
and criminal law. He regularly
appears in both Federal and State
courts, as well as before administrative
and arbitration panels. He appears
and argues cases in all of the
Pennsylvania and Federal appellate
courts.
