| Mr.
Shiring concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate
and land use. He also represents clients in related litigation
and other administrative proceedings. Previously, Mr. Shiring
served as in-house counsel for Aqua America, Inc., where
his practice encompassed all aspects of corporate, regulatory
and environmental law. Mr. Shiring also served on active
duty as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps
focusing his practice in the area of criminal and installation
law. Mr. Shiring continues to serve his country as a Reserve
Officer with the United States Marine Corps.
