| Mr.
Strom concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate
and business transactional law. He represents clients in
both commercial and residential real estate purchases and
financing relative thereto, sales and leases. Mr. Strom
also has experience advising clients in the creation of
business entities, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures
and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he has experience
in corporate financing, loan workout matters and tax matters.
