Wuerstle focuses his practice
in the areas of zoning, land use,
real estate and other related
matters. He has represented residential
and developer clients as well
as commercial and industrial clients
on a myriad of land-use issues
and matters. Mr. Wuerstle also
has extensive experience in complex
real estate transactions and construction
litigation matters. His prior
experience in representing municipal
clients provides him with a perspective
uniquely suited to analyzing issues
and transactions from the viewpoint
of both a public and private land-use
lawyer.

his practice emphasizes real estate
and land development, Mr. Wuerstle
also has considerable experience
in business formation, acquisition,
transactional law, employment/labor
