Ms.
Yarnoff concentrates her practice
representing developers, corporations,
institutions, and individuals
in all aspects of land use and
zoning law. She serves as legal
counsel in major development projects
including office parks, regional
shopping malls, multiplex theaters
and residential subdivisions for
regional and national developers.
She also represents non-profit
institutions and corporate and
individual property owners in
property tax evaluation issues
before local assessment boards
and State courts.
