Randolph has extensive litigation
experience in State and Federal
courts at both the trial and appellate
levels. His litigation practice
is concentrated in the areas of
commercial law, construction law,
labor and fair employment practice
law, collection issues, and intellectual
property rights. Mr. Randolph also
assists and counsels employer clients
in matters such as drafting and
enforcement of employment and non-compete
contracts, the formation and update
of employee manuals, the establishment
of substance abuse programs, and
the implementation of preventative
labor law practices in the workplace.
