George B. Randolph
As Chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Section, George’s practice focuses on all aspects of employment law and labor relations. He has handled the full spectrum of issues related to the employment relationship from preventive law consulting and pre-hire practices and procedures through employment separations and Reductions In Force to post-separation resolutions, including unemployment compensation and state and federal statutory compliance.
George negotiates, drafts and enforces contracts protecting client’s rights including employment, separation, confidentiality, trade secret, non-competition and other restrictive covenants, as well as independent contractor and work sharing agreements, employee handbooks and company policies. He has extensive experience in the successful representation of clients in employment, construction and other commercial litigation areas before numerous federal and state agencies and courts and AAA arbitrators.
