As a shareholder in the firm’s Litigation Section, Jane has worked on a wide variety of real estate, commercial and construction litigation matters, representing national and local developers, small and large companies and diverse individuals. She has broad experience before state and federal courts, from initial investigation and presentation of claims and/or defenses, through trial and appellate proceedings. Jane has handled all aspects of Pennsylvania landlord/tenant litigation working closely with property management and owners in bringing disputed issues to resolution through agreement, or through litigation in the appropriate jurisdiction. Jane has represented property owners seeking relief from excessive property valuations, seeking exemption from real estate tax and applying for preferential assessment. She has represented a wide range of commercial, office, industrial, retail and residential property owners before the Boards of Assessment Appeals for Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Berks counties. Prior to relocating to Pennsylvania, she practiced law for six years in the State of Connecticut. Admitted to Practice Education Honors and Awards
