Thomas A. ("Buck") Riley, Jr.

Having founded the Firm in 1984, Buck is the Chairman and CEO of the Firm and leads the Firm’s litigation section. Buck’s extensive litigation experience includes successful results in virtually every area of significant commercial litigation, representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in State and Federal Courts. He also serves as local litigation co-counsel for clients of both national and international law firms in local, State and Federal Courts.

His diverse background includes representation of national clients in the area of land use, resulting in the approval of millions of square feet of office and commercial space as well as thousands of units of residential development and many other mixed use development projects.
