Chris has extensive real estate and land use experience in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, providing counsel and representation to developers, land owners, telecommunications companies and other commercial ventures in matters relating to zoning, subdivision, land development, leasing and transfer of real estate. He has also successfully represented clients in land use-related litigation in the trial and appellate divisions of both the federal and state courts. Chris is a shareholder with the firm and chairs the firm’s Telecommunications Practice Group, handling the zoning and leasing matters of the major wireless providers and tower companies operating in Pennyslvania and New Jersey. In doing so, he oversees attorneys who have extensive experience handling land use and leasing matters affecting telecommunications companies. The Telecommunications Practice Group has represented providers in Pennsylvania as far west as State College, as well as within the City of Philadelphia, all of New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. The group has successfully zoned in excess of 1,000 sites for projects as varied as new launch build-outs, deployment of broadband Wi-Fi multipoint networks and Wi-Max networks, DAS, UMTS upgrades and spec tower build-outs.
