Michael T. Shiring
Concentrating his practice in litigation, land use and telecommunications, Mike has successfully represented commercial, institutional and residential clients before state and county administrative bodies and local municipal bodies. He also represents clients in state and federal court litigation related to real estate and land use matters.
Mike has extensive experience in the permitting process for cell tower placement and construction as well as addressing collocation issues for the wireless communications industry. He has also represented non-profit organizations, national home builders, and Fortune 500 companies in numerous development projects.
Before joining the firm, Mike served as in-house counsel for Aqua America, Inc., where his practice encompassed all aspects of corporate, regulatory and environmental law. He also served on active duty as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps focusing his practice in the area of criminal and installation law. He continues to serve his country as a reserve officer with the United States Marine Corps.
