Debra A. Shulski
As a shareholder in the firm's land use section, Debbie has extensive experience
representing developers, builders, telecommunication providers
and property owners before municipalities to secure zoning
and land use approvals. She has handled a wide range of development
projects, including commercial, institutional, residential,
mixed use and re-development. Her commercial/office projects
have ranged in size from a few thousand square
feet to 2.5 million square feet.
In connection with her land use practice, Debbie also has experience with the third party permitting process (including coordination with the County Conservation Districts, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Army Corps of Engineers). She also handles all aspects of the post approval process as well as the public improvement dedication process.
Debbie has represented clients throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (including
Lehigh, Berks, Lancaster, Luzerne and Carbon Counties, as well
as the Scranton, Wilkes-Barre and Pocono regions). She also
has appeared before municipalities in northern and southern
New Jersey on behalf telecommunication providers.
