Jeanette
Simone concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial
litigation and labor and employment law, representing national,
regional and local companies as well as individuals before
various State and Federal courts, administrative agencies
and in alternative forums such as arbitrations and mediations.
Ms. Simone was named to the National Order of Barristers for
outstanding oral advocacy. In 1999, Ms. Simone clerked for
the Honorable Henry Kantor, Oregon State Circuit Court. Ms.
Simone is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, as well as
the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District.
