Jeanette Simone
Jenny is a shareholder with the firm and concentrates her practice in commercial litigation matters, including contract, real estate and employment disputes. She has helped protect clients’ proprietary interests through various means, including obtaining emergency injunctive relief. Jenny also regularly advises clients on employment contracts and separation agreements, drafting employee handbooks and personnel policies, and wage and hour laws.
Jenny’s broad litigation experience includes the representation of numerous real estate and development clients regarding disputes that arise in all stages of the zoning and construction process, including disputes with municipalities and state agencies, construction issues and defects, and contractual disputes involving the lease and sale of commercial property.
