Jack D. Wuerstle
Jack concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation, zoning and land use law. He has represented developer clients on a myriad of land use issues, including development of residential communities, commercial centers, industrial projects and institutional facilities. His experience includes development work for the telecommunications industry as well as the health care industry and non-profit institutions.
In Jack's commercial litigation practice, he represents a wide range of business clients in matters ranging from contract issues and construction law to zoning appeals in the state and federal courts.
Prior to joining the firm, he represented numerous municipal entities, and is well-versed in local government law.
